Who can buy from Bodie's Wholesale Balloons? Do I need a business account?
We supply to everyone! While we primarily cater to professional event decorators, card and gift shops, and party planners with our wholesale pricing, we are also happy to supply individuals planning their own large events. There is no strict business license required to place an order.
Are your balloons helium-grade, and how long do they typically float?
Yes, all of our professional-grade latex and foil balloons are designed for both helium and air inflation. Standard 11-inch helium latex balloons typically float for 12–24 hours (or longer when treated with Hi-Float), while foil balloons can remain afloat for several days.
How does your Balloon Recycling Programme work?
We are committed to reducing plastic and latex waste. After your event, you can collect your used latex and foil balloons and return them to us. We partner with specialised facilities to recycle and repurpose them into industrial materials rather than sending them to landfill.
Are your latex balloons biodegradable?
Yes, our latex balloons are made from 100% natural rubber latex harvested from rubber trees. They are fully biodegradable and decompose at roughly the same rate as an oak leaf. However, we strongly advocate for responsible disposal and advise never releasing balloons outdoors.
